Where can I find the proceeded call recordings?
All the proceed call recordings and transcripts are present under the Event Register (Incident and Breach Register) :
Incident and Breach Register provides the metadata associated with the call along with the Risk Score and the Service, Legal and Behavioural Obligations failing.
If you wish to go more in-depth with the analysis for a particular call, click on the Arrow link, which will redirect you to the Conversation Validation.
Under Conversation Validation, you can listen as well as view the transcripts to the call recordings and pin-point the exact time and conversation instance where an obligation or complaint was detected.
The detected obligations and complaints with in a conversation are highlighted and along with this the customer experience tones are also presented.
