If you have integrated with Cisco Webex by following the steps, then Cognitive View will automatically fetch call recordings from Cisco Webex to process. Along with this, as an initial step Cognitive View extracts call recordings for the past 30 days since the installation.
Cognitive View, also runs a scheduler every 90 mins, in order to fetch the calls, in case they were missed previously.
Once Cisco Webex is integrated with Cognitive View, you just need to start a meeting on Cisco Webex, with the cloud recording option enabled.
Please note: Until the cloud recording option isn't enabled, Cognitive View won't be able to fetch the recordings for processing.
Step 1: Start a meeting with Cisco Webex. Please be sure to use the same account for the Cisco Webex meeting which was used while authorizing Cognitive View to integrate with Webex.
Step 2: Enable the cloud recording option before starting the Cisco Webex meeting.
Step 3: Cognitive View has enabled features with Cisco Webex, which allows the call recordings to be fetched once the recording is completed. There are no manual steps involved and the transfer of the calls happens automatically at the backend.
Step 5: The call once received by Cognitive View, will proceed through various machine learning and AI models for risk, fraud, the topic of interest, tone analysis, and compliance monitoring for GDPR, CCPA, MiFID II, FINRA, SEC, and many more.
Step 6: The proceeded calls can be viewed under the Incident and Breach Register page.
Please note: The call processing and viewing the calls under the Incident and Breach Register page might take time, which depends upon the time taken for the recording to be saved successfully and then processing at Cognitive View e
