Cognitive View monitors Cisco Webex meeting recordings to ensure it is compliant with regulatory compliances and corporate policies. The following instructions will take you step-by-step through the process of integrating Cisco Webex meeting with Cognitive View.
Please note: Cisco Webex meeting recordings must be saved so that Cognitive View can retrieve them through Cisco Webex meeting APIs. Configure your recording policy within Cisco Webex meeting.
Integration with Cisco Webex Meeting
With Cisco Webex meeting, we wish to integrate our customers, so that we can provision the user calls and analyse the agent and customer conversations so that they are in line with the government regulations and guidelines.

Upon Accessing the Cognitive View Platform - please follow the below steps for Cisco Webex meeting Integration:
Once logged in, please follow Settings -> Integrations
Out of the available integration, please click on Cisco Webex meeting:
If you wish to integrate with Cisco Webex meeting - click on the 'Add to Webex' Button and follow the instructions.
Users will be asked to authenticate by logging into Cisco Webex meeting- upon successfully logging into Cisco Webex meeting, the user will be asked to authorize Cognitive View to integrate.
After successful authentication, the user will be redirected back to Cognitive view, and behind the scenes, the call recordings will be fetched from Cisco Webex and proceed at Cognitive View.
