What is the integration option under settings?

Integration helps you find different types of vendors and 3rd party applications in one place. 

The purpose of integration is that if you have your call recording on any of the applications, on integration, we at Cognitive View can get information and analyze them for you. So, you don't have to do anything manually or upload; automatically, you get your calls or data analyzed.

You will find collaboration platforms, call centers, or CRM platforms on the integration page.

You come to the page, click on and install it as a user.

For instance, if you click on Webex, you will be taken to a new page to insert information and authorize yourself. On authorization, you get integrated with the Cognitive view.
