What is color gradation/coding?

Color gradation/coding helps you directly see the colored zone as you have specified while mapping.

Suppose you are looking for Pet Insurance, and you find the risk is high for concerns and complaints, it is the area you must supervise.

 Click on the colored zone to get a piece of detailed information about which policy is failing and the associated risks.

With each policy, you get a risk score to understand what makes them score low. You have to click on the Event menu and filter the selected categories to see the details as required. 

You can visit the previous page by selecting from the drop-down the period that you want to analyze for risk scores, and learn the area at risk and no risks.
