The CognitiveView Help Center is accessible after logging into a registered CognitiveView account.

Our documentation includes platform configuration guides, governance workflows, compliance mappings, and operational best practices. To ensure accuracy, security, and a tailored experience, access is available upon login.

How to Access the Help Center

To view Help Center articles:

  1. Log in to your CognitiveView account.

  2. Navigate back to the Help Center.

If you believe you should have access but are unable to log in, click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner as shown in the attached screenshot and share:

  • Your registered email address

  • Your organization name

  • A brief description of the issue
